Ingredients
For the Stir-Fry:
1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups broccoli florets

2 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
1 tbsp oyster sauce (optional, adds depth)
1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions
Boil the Eggs
Bring a pot of water to a boil.
Carefully lower eggs into the water using a spoon.
Boil for:
Soft-Boiled: 6-7 minutes (runny yolk)
Medium-Boiled: 8-9 minutes (slightly jammy yolk)
Hard-Boiled: 10-12 minutes (fully set yolk)
Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes, then peel and set aside.
Cook the Stir-Fry
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
