When you have a longing for something creamy that is also nutritious, this shrimp dish with a delightful red pepper cauliflower cream sauce is the ideal answer for satisfying that craving. Surprisingly, it can be put together in a short amount of time and is full of taste!

Parts and pieces:

  1. Two tablespoons of olive oil, three chopped garlic cloves, and one pound of large shrimp that have been skinned and deveined
  2. – One head of cauliflower, cut into sections called florets
  3. Two chopped roasted red bell peppers, one cup of vegetable broth, and half a cup of

The shrimp should be sautéed.
