Simple apple cake in the pan
3 apples
1 bag of chemical yeast
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
2 eggs
50g of melted butter
1 pinch of salt
100g of flour
100g of sugar
1. Peel and cut the apples into thin slices.
2. In a salad bowl, beat eggs with sugar until the mixture is white.
3. Add the flour, yeast and salt and mix well.
4. Add melted butter and cinnamon if using.
5. Add the apple slices to the batter and mix to coat them well.
6. Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and pour the preparation into it.
7. Cover and let bake for about 20 minutes, until cake is golden brown and baked to heart.
8. Let it cool before you serve.
