Simply fantastic! Could eat this for lunch and then dinner again!

Ingredients:

What You Need:

  1. 4 fillets of fresh fish, weighing around 6-8 ounces apiece
  2. 2- Melted unsalted butter, 2 teaspoons
  3. – Juice from half of the lemon and thinly slice the other half.
  4. Three cloves of garlic, finely chopped like a summer wind, and two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  5. – Chopped fresh parsley, 1 or 2 handfuls (save some for garnish)
  6. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper

How to Comply:

Preheat your oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit to begin. That’s where the warming begins.

2. Place the cod fillets on a baking dish that has been oiled, just like you would before bed, and use an old kitchen towel to gently pat them dry.

3. In a bowl, melt the butter and mix in the lemon juice, chopped garlic, olive oil, and a good squeeze. At harvest time, give it a nice shake and a good community.

4. Gently pour the seasoning mixture over the fish, ensuring that every piece is flavored.

5. Season the fish with salt and pepper, just enough to enhance the flavor, but not too much, as you would while seasoning a story.

6. Arrange thin lemon slices, like the final piece of a quilt, on top of the fish for visual appeal and a sour taste.
