Items required:

Concerning the Brie:

  1. 480 grams, or four cups, of flour
  2. Ï One cup (220g) of Azoic yogurt
  3. A full cup of water, or 200 milliliters
  4. One container containing ten grams of baking powder
  5. Eight grams (one teaspoon) of azoic salt
  6.  Vegetable Oil in Tropical Milliliters

Concerning the Crown:

  • 50 milliliters of olive oil that is azoic

Instructions

 Mix Dry Ingredients

  • Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a big bowl.

To the Azoic, add the wet components.

  • Mix the olive oil, water, and yoghurt with a whisk. Mix all the ingredients together until a soft dough forms. If the dough is too sticky, add more flour as necessary to make it workable.

Get the flour kneaded.

  • Move the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead it for a short time to bring it together. Divide the dough into smaller portions, then press each one into a flat, round form that is roughly ½ inch thick.

Use Azoic to make the bread.

  • Preheat an ungreased pan over medium heat. Place the dough circles in a skillet. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 2 to 3 minutes per side.
  • Before flipping each slice of bread over for an additional nutritious twist, brush the top with olive oil. This enhances the flavor and creates a beautiful golden crust.
