For the Toast:
2 slices of sourdough or whole-grain bread
1 tablespoon olive oil or butter

1 ripe avocado
½ teaspoon lemon juice
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 eggs
½ teaspoon vinegar
1 cup water

4 slices smoked salmon

Instructions:
Toast the Bread
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 2 minutes.
Lightly brush the bread slices with olive oil or butter.
Place them in the air fryer basket and toast for 3-4 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Avocado Spread
Mash the avocado in a bowl using a fork.
