Snickers Cake – A Celebration of Deliciousness

Get ready to indulge in the most delicious Snickers cake you’ve ever tasted!

For the Biscuit:

Ingredients:

  • 290g flour
  • 50g cocoa powder
  • 18g baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 eggs (150g)
  • 170g milk
  • 140g vegetable oil
  • 200g sugar
  • 90g boiling water
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease and line two round cake pans.
  2. In a bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and sugar until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  5. Stir in the boiling water until the batter is well combined.
  6. Divide the batter evenly between the prepared cake pans.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Let the cakes cool completely.

For the Caramel:

Ingredients:

  • 225g sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 160g cream (33%)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

Instructions:

  • In a heavy saucepan, melt sugar over medium heat until it turns into a golden caramel color.
  • Add butter and stir until fully melted and combined.
  • Remove from heat and slowly pour in the cream while stirring continuously. Be cautious as it may bubble.
  • Add salt if desired and let the caramel cool to room temperature.

For the Cream:

Ingredients:

  • 90g butter
  • 700g cream cheese
  • 140g caramel

Instructions:

  • In a mixing bowl, beat the butter until creamy.
  • Add the cream cheese and caramel, then continue to beat until the mixture is smooth and well blended.

To Assemble:

  1. Place one of the cooled chocolate cakes on a serving plate.
  2. Spread a layer of caramel on top of the first cake layer.
  3. Sprinkle roasted peanuts over the caramel layer.

For the Chocolate Ganache:

Ingredients:

  1. 70g dark chocolate
  2. 35g butter

Instructions:

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  2. Pour the chocolate ganache over the cake and let it drip down the sides.

For Decoration:

  1. Drizzle caramel over the top of the cake.
  2. Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top.
