Soft Banana Cake Recipe
Ingredients
2 bananas
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
125 g melted butter
2 eggs
Half a glass of milk
1 glass of sugar
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
1.5 cups of flour
Instructions
Add banana and cinnamon to a suitable mixing bowl and mash until it reaches the consistency of puree. Add melted and cooled butter, eggs and sugar and mix.
Let’s add flour, vanilla, baking powder and milk and continue mixing.
Let’s pour the cake mixture we prepared into the cake mold that has been greased all over with solid oil.
Let’s bake it in a preheated oven at 170 degrees.
Let’s take the cake out of the oven from its mold, slice it and serve it.
