Air Fryer Method:

If you don’t have a sous vide machine, you can also make these egg bites in an air fryer! Simply crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them together with a fork. Add any desired ingredients, such as diced vegetables or cheese, and mix well. Pour the egg mixture into a greased air fryer basket and cook at 375°F (190°C) for 5-7 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
