Southern-Style Banana Pudding 🍌🍪
Ingredients: –
- Package of instant vanilla pudding (5 oz)
- 2 cups chilled whole milk
- One 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- – 1 (8 oz) package softened cream cheese
- – 1 (8 oz) whipped topping containe
r For assembly:
- – 1 (12 oz) packages vanilla wafer cookies
- – 4-5 sliced ripe bananas
- – Extra whipped topping for garnish Crushed vanilla wafers for topping
Instructions:
1. Mix pudding: Whisk instant pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes in a large bowl. In another bowl, beat cream cheese smooth. Mix sweetened condensed milk into cream cheese until thoroughly blended.
Add whipped topping to cream cheese mixture and combine with pudding until smooth.
Add vanilla wafers to the bottom of a 3-quart dish and layer with sliced bananas. Pour 1/3 pudding mixture over bananas. Repeat layers twice more.
3. Finish and relax: – Add whipped topping – Garnish with crushed vanilla wafers Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours.
4. Serve: – Optional caramel sauce drizzle – Enjoy chilled!
