Ingredients:
For the Shrimp:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

For the Rice:
1 cup white rice
1 3/4 cups water
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Avocado:
1 ripe avocado, sliced
For the Sauce:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the Rice: Bring water and salt to a boil in a medium saucepan. Add rice, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until water is absorbed.
Prepare the Shrimp: In a bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Shrimp: Grill or pan-sear shrimp until cooked through and slightly charred.
Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Assemble the Bowls: Divide cooked rice among bowls. Top with shrimp, avocado slices, and drizzle with sriracha mayo.
Tips:
For a spicier dish, add more red pepper flakes to the shrimp marinade and sauce.
You can use different types of rice, such as brown rice or wild rice.
Serve with your favorite toppings, such as cilantro, lime wedges, or hot sauce.
