– 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
– 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
– 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven:
– Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the filling:
– In a bowl, mix together chopped spinach, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, nutmeg (if using), salt, and pepper.
3. Cut the puff pastry:
– Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a floured surface. Cut into 3-inch squares or circles, depending on your preference.
