Ingredients Steak Stir-Fry:
- 1 lb (450g) beef steak, thinly sliced (flank steak or sirloin work well)
- 2 bell peppers (any color), thinly sliced
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
