Strawberry Banana Nice Cream (Healthy 2-Ingredient Ice Cream)
Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
1–1½ cups strawberries, hulled, halved, and frozen
Optional: 1–3 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based) for easier blending
Optional: honey or agave, to taste
👩🍳 Instructions
1. Freeze the fruit
Peel and slice the bananas. Hull and halve the strawberries. Spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined tray so pieces don’t stick together. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until completely solid.
2. Blend until creamy
Add frozen bananas and strawberries to a food processor or high-powered blender. Blend, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides. At first it will look crumbly, then thick, and finally smooth and creamy. Add a splash of milk only if needed to help it move.
3. Serve or firm up
Serve immediately for a soft-serve texture, or transfer to a container and freeze 1–4 hours for scoopable ice cream.
4. Garnish (optional)
Top with fresh berries, granola, coconut flakes, or a drizzle of chocolate.

Use very ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
Don’t over-add liquid — it melts the texture.
