Strawberry Grape Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup seedless grapes
  • 1/2 large ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt (unsweetened)
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond milk

Instructions

  1. Prepare and measure the ingredients as listed.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a high-speed blender starting with the frozen strawberries, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth. For about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
