Stuffing Balls with Turkey
Components:
- Two cups of mashed potatoes
- Two cups of stuffing
- One cup of turkey shreds
- Half a cup of Parmesan cheese, grated
- One beaten egg
- 1/4 cup of bread crumbs
Instructions:
- Mix the ingredients: Combine the shredded turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, Parmesan cheese, and beaten egg in a big bowl. Stir until all of the ingredients are properly blended.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls to form the balls.
- Coat the Balls: To ensure even coating, roll the balls in bread crumbs.
- Cook: In a skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. After placing the turkey stuffing balls in the skillet, fry them for 4–5 minutes, rotating them occasionally, until they are golden brown on all sides.
- Serve: After it’s done, take it out of the skillet and drain it on paper towels. Warm up and dig in!
