3-Ingredient Sugar Free Blueberry Yogurt Bake
Ingredients
2 cups plain Greek yogurt (0% or 2%)
2 large eggs
1 cup fresh blueberries
(That’s it — no added sugar, no flour.)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Lightly grease a small baking dish (8×8 works well) or line with parchment.
In a bowl, whisk together:
Greek yogurt
Eggs
Mix until completely smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in blueberries.
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
Bake for 30–40 minutes, until set in the center and lightly golden on top.
The middle should be slightly firm but still soft (it will continue setting as it cools).
Let cool at least 15–20 minutes before slicing.
Top with extra fresh blueberries if desired.
