    • 8 large dates, soaked in boiling water for 15 minutes
    • 1/2 cup (70 g) raisins, rinsed in hot water
    • 1 carrot, grated
    • 1 apple, grated
    • 3 eggs
    • Vanilla extract
    • Salt
