1 tbsp butter
1 cup mushrooms (sliced, any variety)
½ tsp garlic (minced)
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Other Ingredients:
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 brioche or hamburger buns
1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for bun spread)
Instructions
Prepare the Burger Patties
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix gently—don’t overwork the meat!
Divide into four equal patties, slightly larger than the buns (they shrink when cooked).
