1 onion, cut into small pieces
minced garlic cloves, two in total
a single teaspoon of curry powder
One milligramme of cumin

a quarter of a teaspoon of salt
one-fourth of a teaspoon of cayenne

The ground beef or chicken should be cooked in a large pan over medium heat until it is browned, which should take around five to seven minutes. Remove any extra fat that may be present.
The onion and garlic should be cooked in the pan for two to three minutes, or until they have become more tender.
The chilli powder, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper should be stirred in at this point. For one to two minutes, or until the aroma is released.
Turn off the heat and add the shredded cheese while stirring it in.
Preheat your Air Fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, or if you want to bake them, preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place two teaspoons of the beef mixture in the middle of a corn tortilla and cut it in half lengthwise. To ensure that the tortilla is completely sealed, roll it firmly around the contents and tuck the ends in.
All of the leftover tortillas and meat mixture should be used to repeat the procedure.
