Ten minutes to make incredibly simple lemon cookies
Components:
- 150 grams of flour
- One hundred grams of butter
- One untreated lemon
- One egg
- 200 grams of sugar powder
- Half a teaspoon of baking powder
Directions:
Step 1
Turn the oven on to 180° (preheat to 6). Put baking paper on your baking tray.
The second step is to combine the soft butter, sugar, and egg. Stir thoroughly, then gradually add the flour and yeast.
STEP 3: Rub the lemon’s skin with a grater. If needed, cut with a knife to remove the very fine zest. Lemon juice and zest should be squeezed and added to the mixture. Stir.
Step 4: Arrange the plate in small stacks and cook for ten minutes.
