  • 1 Onion

  • 1 big clove garlic or 2 small
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili sauce

Step by Step Instructions:

Preparing the Beef
  • Start with 500g/1 pound of beef.
  • Transfer the meat to a bowl.
  • Add 1 tsp of baking soda.
  • Rub the baking soda on your meat, ensuring all sides are covered. Baking soda acts as a meat tenderizer by changing the physical composition of meat fibers.
