Ingredients

  1. Two 10-oz, 1-inch-thick ribeye steaks
  2. One teaspoon of olive oil
  3. One tablespoon of spice for steak

Regarding Garlic Herb Butter

  • Three tablespoons of softened butter
  • One minced garlic clove
  • One tablespoon of parsley, chopped

Directions

  • Remove the steak from the refrigerator and allow it to sit at room temperature for approximately half an hour.
  • For ten minutes, preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. To prepare, use paper towels to pat the steak dry.
  • Apply olive oil all over the steak by brushing or spraying. Press to coat after adding steak seasoning.
  • Put the seasoned steak in the basket of the air fryer. The steak should be cooked for 10 minutes on medium heat, or until the internal temperature reaches the level you want.
  • To help seal in the fluids, take the steak out of the air fryer and let it sit for five minutes. Serve with your preferred sides and drizzle with garlic herb butter.

  • In a small bowl, combine softened butter, chopped parsley, and minced garlic. Roll into a log after transferring to parchment paper or cling film. To harden, place in the refrigerator for approximately half an hour. Cut into slices and serve.
