1 lemon zest

3 eggs

1 tea glass of sunflower oil

Half a cup of lemon juice

1 tea glass of milk

2.5 cups of flour

1 pack of baking powder

Strawberry jam

Coconut

How to Make a Soft Easy Cake Recipe in 5 Minutes;

1. Let’s add the sugar and lemon zest to a suitable mixing bowl and mix. Let’s add eggs on it and beat until foamy. Let’s add sunflower oil, lemon juice and milk and mix.

2. Let’s add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix.

3. Let’s pour the cake dough into the cake mould, which is greased everywhere with solid oil. Let’s pour a small amount of strawberry jam on it.

4. Let’s bake in a preheated 180 degree oven.

5. Let’s remove the cake from the oven from the mould and serve it by applying jam on it and sprinkling coconut.
