This is the moistest cake we’ve ever made
INGREDIENTS
4 egg yolks
4 egg whites
3 tablespoons of sugar
400g Greek yogurt 10%
4 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
40g chocolate chips
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix the egg yolks with the sugar, baking powder and cornstarch, then add the yogurt.
In another bowl, beat the egg whites, add them to the egg yolk mixture and add the chocolate chips.
Cook at 170°C for 1 hour.
