This recipe is now my absolute favorite breakfast and can also be taken on the go
Ingredients:
- 2 cakes and 1 bag of dough
- Four big eggs
- Half a cup of milk
- Half a cup of shredded cheese, such as Gruyere, Swiss, or cheddar
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked gammon
- 1/4 cup of chopped vegetables, such as bell peppers, spinach, and mushrooms
Directions:
- To facilitate release, lightly oil a muffin tray or line it with paper covers.
- Using a cookie cutter, cut out circles of the dough that are just a little bit bigger than the muffin tin’s holes after rolling it out on a floured surface.
- Make sure each circle is the right form and gently push it into the muffin pan.
- In a bowl, thoroughly combine the milk and eggs. Add pepper and salt for seasoning.
- Evenly cover the prepared foundation with the grated cheese, chopped veggies and sliced bacon or gammon.
- Take it out of the oven and give it some time to cool. Carefully remove the quiches from the pan after lightly slicing the pans’ edges with a knife.
