This recipe is now my absolute favorite breakfast

This recipe is now my absolute favorite breakfast and can also be taken on the go

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cakes and 1 bag of dough
  2. Four big eggs
  3. Half a cup of milk
  4. Half a cup of shredded cheese, such as Gruyere, Swiss, or cheddar
  5. 1/4 cup chopped cooked gammon
  6. 1/4 cup of chopped vegetables, such as bell peppers, spinach, and mushrooms

Directions:

  1. To facilitate release, lightly oil a muffin tray or line it with paper covers.
  2. Using a cookie cutter, cut out circles of the dough that are just a little bit bigger than the muffin tin’s holes after rolling it out on a floured surface.
  3. Make sure each circle is the right form and gently push it into the muffin pan.
  4. In a bowl, thoroughly combine the milk and eggs. Add pepper and salt for seasoning.
  5. Evenly cover the prepared foundation with the grated cheese, chopped veggies and sliced bacon or gammon.
  6. Take it out of the oven and give it some time to cool. Carefully remove the quiches from the pan after lightly slicing the pans’ edges with a knife.
