Tiramisu Pudding Cups
The following are the ingredients for the cream layer:
- one cup of heavy cream
- One cup of mascarpone cheese,
- half a cup of powdered sugar, a
- nd one very small teaspoon of vanilla extract
The following ingredients should be prepared for the coffee layer:
- one cup of strong brewed coffee that has been allowed to cool;
- one tablespoon of sugar;
- and one tablespoon of coffee liqueur (optional).
The base consists of

Preparation 1. Create the Coffee Layer by preparing the following: Produce a cup of robust coffee and allow it to reach room temperature before drinking it.
– Add the sugar and coffee liqueur, if using, and stir until combined. Put aside for later.
The second step is to prepare the cream layer by: Whip the heavy cream in a large mixing bowl until it reaches the point where it forms firm peaks.
– The mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract should be mixed together in a separate bowl and beaten until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
– To ensure that the mascarpone mixture is thoroughly blended, gently fold the whipped cream into the mixture.
The third step is to assemble the tiramisu cups:
– At the bottom of each serving cup, arrange a layer of broken ladyfingers in a specific pattern.
– Place a portion of the coffee mixture on top of the ladyfingers, making sure that they are thoroughly saturated without becoming overly soggy.

4. Chill and Serve: Cover the cups with plastic wrap and place them in the refrigerator for at least two hours, or overnight, for the best flavor.
