Ingredients:

  • 800-900 grams of tomatoes.
  • 50ml olive oil
  • 25ml 9% vinegar
  • 30ml water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 3 teaspoons of sugar
  • 1 pepper
  • 1/2 chili pepper
  • 6 cloves of garlic
  • A bunch of dill and parsley

Directions:

  • Arrange the tomatoes on a serving plate after slicing them into thin circles.
  • Combine the olive oil, vinegar, water, salt, and sugar in a bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Chop the garlic cloves, chili pepper, and pepper finely. Stir them into the dressing mixture.
  • Coat the sliced tomatoes equally with the dressing by pouring it over them.
  • For a splash of freshness, scatter the chopped parsley and dill over the salad.
  • To allow the flavors to combine, place the salad in the refrigerator for two to three hours.
