Traditional Fudge

Everyone enjoys this timeless dessert, traditional fudge!

Components:

  1. 4 tablespoons of Hershey’s cocoa
  2. One salted butter stick
  3. One 5-ounce can of carnation Milk That Has Evaporated
  4. Two cups of sugar granules
  5. One teaspoon of vanilla cream

Actions to take:

  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, cocoa, and evaporated milk. Mix until smooth and melted.
  •  Bring to a gentle boil, stirring often, and cook until, according to a candy thermometer, it reaches the soft-ball stage (234°F).
  •  Take off the heat and mix in the vanilla essence.
  •  Transfer the fudge to an 8×8 well-oiled pan and allow it to cool until it solidifies.
