Traditional Fudge
Everyone enjoys this timeless dessert, traditional fudge!
Components:
- 4 tablespoons of Hershey’s cocoa
- One salted butter stick
- One 5-ounce can of carnation Milk That Has Evaporated
- Two cups of sugar granules
- One teaspoon of vanilla cream
Actions to take:
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter, cocoa, and evaporated milk. Mix until smooth and melted.
- Bring to a gentle boil, stirring often, and cook until, according to a candy thermometer, it reaches the soft-ball stage (234°F).
- Take off the heat and mix in the vanilla essence.
- Transfer the fudge to an 8×8 well-oiled pan and allow it to cool until it solidifies.
