Triple Cheeseburger, French Fries & Fried Chicken Wings Feast
Menu Overview
Triple Cheeseburger: Three stacked beef patties, gooey cheese, classic toppings.
Crispy French Fries: Golden, crunchy fries — fried or air-fried.
Fried Chicken Wings: Juicy on the inside, crispy on the outside.
TRIPLE CHEESEBURGER
Serves: 2

Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef (80/20 for juiciness)
Salt & black pepper
6 slices cheddar cheese (or American)
2 large burger buns (brioche or sesame preferred)
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard (optional)
Sliced pickles
Sliced red onion
Lettuce and tomato slices (optional)
Butter for toasting buns
Instructions:
Form Patties: Divide beef into 6 equal portions. Gently shape into thin patties (slightly larger than the bun). Season with salt & pepper.
Cook Patties: Heat skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook 2–3 minutes per side. Add cheese on top of each patty after flipping so it melts.
Toast Buns: Butter the insides of buns and toast in skillet until golden.
Assemble:
Bottom bun → sauce → lettuce → 3 cheese-covered patties → tomato/onion → pickles → top bun.
You can stack all 3 patties or do double-stacks and serve open-face.
CRISPY FRENCH FRIES
Serves: 2–3
Prep Time: 10 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Ingredients:
2 large russet potatoes
Cold water
2 tbsp cornstarch (for crispiness)
Salt
Oil for frying or air frying
Instructions:
Prep Potatoes: Peel and cut into matchsticks. Soak in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
Dry & Coat: Drain, pat dry completely, toss with cornstarch and a bit of oil.
Cook Options:
Deep Fry: Fry in batches at 350°F (175°C) for 3–4 mins, drain, then fry again at 375°F (190°C) until golden (2–3 mins). Salt immediately.
Air Fryer: Cook at 380°F (193°C) for 15–20 mins, shaking halfway. Spray lightly with oil beforehand.
CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN WINGS
Serves: 2–3
Prep Time: 15 mins + marinate
Cook Time: 15–20 mins
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) chicken wings
1 cup buttermilk (or ½ cup yogurt + ½ cup milk)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp cayenne (optional)
1 cup flour
½ cup cornstarch
Salt & pepper
Oil for frying
Instructions:
Marinate Wings: In a bowl, mix wings with buttermilk, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne, salt & pepper. Marinate for 30 min or up to overnight.
Coat: Mix flour + cornstarch + extra seasoning. Dredge each wing in flour mixture, pressing to coat well.
Fry: Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry wings in batches for 8–10 mins until crispy and golden. Drain on paper towels.
Optional Air Fryer Version: Spray breaded wings with oil, air fry at 390°F (199°C) for 20–25 mins, flipping halfway.
Final Plating Tip:
Serve the triple cheeseburgers stacked tall with a side of golden fries and a basket of wings. Add dipping sauces like:
Spicy mayo or sriracha aioli
Ranch or blue cheese dip
