Ingredients:
For the Dumpling Dough:
- – 300g Flour
- – 1 tbsp Sugar
- – 1 tsp Salt
- – 550ml Boiling Water
For the Filling:
- – 60g Flour
- – 1 tsp Baking Powder
- – 30ml Vegetable Oil
For the Filling:
- – Vegetable oil for frying
- – 2 Onions
- – 300g Minced Meat
- – Salt and spices to taste
Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine 300g of flour, sugar, and salt for the dumpling dough. Gradually add 550ml of boiling water while stirring until a dough forms.
2. In a separate bowl, mix 60g of flour, baking powder, and 30ml of vegetable oil for the filling. Set aside.
3. For the filling, heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
4. Add minced meat, salt, and spices to taste. Cook until the meat is browned.
5. Roll out the dough into thin circles and place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each.
6. Fold the dough over the filling to create half-moon-shaped dumplings, sealing the edges.
7. Heat vegetable oil in a pan and fry the dumplings until golden brown on both sides.
