Ingredients
1 cup raw honey (organic if possible)

1 tablespoon ground turmeric

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Instructions
In a clean bowl, mix the honey with cinnamon, turmeric, and ginger until you get a smooth paste.
Add the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice. Stir well to combine.
If using, stir in the chia seeds.
Transfer the mixture to a clean glass jar with a lid. Store in the refrigerator.
Each morning, take 2 teaspoons on an empty stomach with a glass of lukewarm water.
