Ingredients:
2 packs of Maggi noodles
4 eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
2 tablespoons oil
Chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
Directions:
Cook the Maggi noodles as per the instructions on the packet. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the eggs well.
Add the cooked noodles, onion, tomato, green chili (if using), salt, and black pepper to the eggs. Stir to combine.
Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Pour half of the egg-noodle mixture into the pan, spreading evenly.
Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown and set.
Flip carefully and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
Repeat with the remaining mixture.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
