Unbelievably Delicious Chicken by a French Chef!

Ingredients:
– 6 chicken legs
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 600 g (1 lb 8 oz) potatoes, diced
– Butter
– 2 cloves of garlic, minced
– 300 g (10 oz) button mushrooms, sliced
– 2 tablespoons of flour
– Half a glass of white wine
– 1 glass of water or chicken broth
– 2 bay leaves
– Fresh parsley, chopped
– Salt and pepper
– Olive oil
Instructions:
1. Season chicken legs with salt and pepper.
2. In a large pan, heat olive oil and butter.
3. Sear chicken legs until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add chopped onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Sauté until softened.
5. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and cook for 2 minutes.
6. Pour in white wine, stirring until the liquid reduces slightly.
7. Add chicken legs back to the pan, along with diced potatoes, bay leaves, and water or chicken broth.
8. Cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes or until the chicken and potatoes are cooked through.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley.
