Components:

For filling the cheesecake:

8 ounces of softened cream cheese
3/4 cup of sugar, granulated
1½ teaspoons of vanilla extract
One cup of heavy cream

Half a cup of heavy cream
1/4 cup of butter
Mini dark chocolate chips, 1 1/4 cups

1/4 cup of coconut that has been roasted
1/4 cup of nuts, finely chopped
Cubes of homemade or store-bought brownies

Directions:

Prepare the Ganache:

In a saucepan, melt the cream and butter together. Add 3/4 cup of chocolate chips and whisk until smooth. Stir in the remaining chocolate chips for texture after letting cool.
Prepare the filling for the cheesecake:

Until firm peaks form, beat the heavy cream.
Cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract should be combined in a another dish until creamy. Then, slowly fold in the whipped cream.
