Vanilla and chocolate semifreddo: the appetizing dessert to try
Ingredients :
700 gr of milk
80g corn starch
140 g of sugar
6 egg yolks
2 sachets of vanillin
130 g of butter
1 packet of dry biscuits
200g of chocolate
200 gr of pastry cream
Milk to wet the biscuits
Preparation :
In a saucepan, pour the milk, then add the sugar, starch, egg yolks and vanillin. Bring to a boil and add the butter. Sift the cream and leave to cool.
Melt the chocolate in the cream.
Moisten the biscuits in the milk and place them in the mold. Add a layer of chocolate and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Then add the cream and make another layer of biscuits, chocolate and leave for another 15 minutes in the refrigerator. Then spread the rest of the cream and put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Decorate with grated chocolate and serve.
