- 1/2 cup diced watermelon
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1/2 cup of coconut water
- 1 lime juiced
- 2–3 ice cubes + extra to serve
INSTRUCTIONS
- To a high-speed blender add the watermelon and cucumber first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into a cup filled with ice and enjoy!
