INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup diced watermelon
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup kale
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 cup of coconut water
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 23 ice cubes + extra to serve

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. To a high-speed blender add the watermelon and cucumber first, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Blend for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour into a cup filled with ice and enjoy!
