Ingredients
- Roasted Peanuts: ~1 and 1/4 cup (200g)
- Biscoff Cookies (or any preferred cookies): 200g

- Prepare the Peanuts

- Refrigerate for 30 minutes to let the base set.

- After 30 minutes, melt the remaining 200g of white chocolate. Pour it over the chilled mixture in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
