Ingredients:
9 lasagna noodles, cooked
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
1/2 cup pesto sauce
2 cups ricotta cheese
1 1/2 cups feta cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Details to follow:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees Celsius).
Olive oil pour in a saucepan over a heat setting of medium.
After one minute, add garlic that has been minced and continue to heat until the aroma is released.
Mix in the heavy cream, then bring the mixture to a boil for two to three minutes.
After taking the pan from the heat, whisk in the pesto sauce.
Use pepper and salt to season the food.
The following ingredients should be mixed together in a bowl: ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese (with a half cup set aside for topping), Parmesan cheese, chopped artichokes, and spinach.
In order to mix, stir.
A thin coating of the white pesto sauce should be put on the bottom of a baking dish.
Place three noodles from the lasagna on top.
Over the noodles, spread one-third of the cheese and spinach-artichoke mixture that has been prepared.
Add additional white pesto sauce on top, and then repeat the layering process twice more.
The next step is to finish the dish by adding a layer of noodles, the leftover cheese mixture, and a substantial amount of mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake for twenty-five to thirty minutes with the foil covering.
After removing the foil, continue baking for another ten minutes, after which the cheese should be bubbling and golden in color.
Before cutting the lasagna into slices, let it to rest for ten minutes.
Warm the dish.
