Instructions 

Warm the Wine (Do NOT boil)

Pour ½ cup red wine into a small saucepan.

Warm on low heat for 1–2 minutes until just warm.

Add Rosemary

Add 1–2 sprigs of fresh rosemary.

Let it steep for 5 minutes with heat turned OFF.

Optional Add-ins

Add before drinking:

1 tsp honey for smoother taste

A piece of lemon peel for vitamin C and detox benefits

Strain & Serve

Strain into a small cup.

Drink warm, preferably in the evening.
