Ingredients:
- 4 cups broccoli florets, chopped
- 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins or dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, red onion, raisins or dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the non-fat Greek yogurt, light mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey or maple syrup, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld.
