Yogurt Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g plain unsweetened yogurt
- 50 g oil
- 300 g flour
- 50 g dark chocolate chips
- 8 g baking powder
- 1 vanilla sugar
For preparation, you will need:
- A drop of oil to shape the dough without sticking to your hands
- Granulated sugar to taste
- A few chocolate drops for the top (optional)
Preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the egg, oil, and sugar.
- Then add the flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
- Add the chocolate chips and form a smooth dough.
- Shape the cookies and roll them in the sugar.
- Bake at 180°C for 15/20 minutes.
