Zero point dinner!

Made the meatloaf as follows –
Two pounds lean ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup oats
1 pack French onion soup mix
1/2 cup tomato sauce
Glaze
Approximately 1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup stevia brown sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
Mix and top meatloaf
Bake at 350 for 1 hr
Made the mashed potatoes by boiling potatoes in chicken broth until dissolved, mashing, and then adding a little non fat plain greek yogurt for creaminess, and salt and pepper
