Ingredients:
2 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Prepare the Zucchini:
Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Make the Garlic Mixture:
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Season the Zucchini:
Brush or drizzle the garlic mixture evenly over the zucchini slices. You can use a spoon to help distribute the mixture if needed.
Bake:

Tips:
