CROCKPOT HAMBURGER SOUP
Hearty, classic & freezer-friendly
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 5 cups beef broth
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots)
- Fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain excess fat.
- Add beef and all remaining ingredients except frozen vegetables to the crockpot.
- Cover and cook LOW 6–8 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
- Stir in frozen vegetables during the last 30 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
🧀 CROCKPOT CHEESEBURGER SOUP
Creamy, rich & ultra comforting
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 medium russet potatoes, peeled & cubed
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp oregano
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ¾ cup milk
- ¾ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Brown ground beef; drain.
- Add beef, potatoes, broth, vegetables, and seasonings to crockpot.
- Cook LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Melt butter in a pan, whisk in flour, then milk to form a slurry.
- Stir slurry into soup, then add cheese and sour cream.
- Cook 15–20 more minutes until creamy.

- 15 oz black beans, drained
- 15 oz kidney beans, drained
- 15 oz corn, drained
- 15 oz diced tomatoes
- 10 oz Rotel tomatoes
- 15 oz tomato sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Brown meat and drain.
- Add all ingredients to crockpot.
- Stir, cover, and cook LOW 6–8 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
- Serve with shredded cheese, sour cream, or tortilla chips.

Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (or shred in pot)
- 8 oz cream cheese, cubed
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 cups cooked egg noodles
- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Add chicken, broth, onion, celery, and ranch seasoning to crockpot.
- Cook LOW 6–7 hours or HIGH 3–4 hours.
- Shred chicken in the pot.
- Stir in cream cheese, heavy cream, and cheddar.
- Add cooked noodles and heat 15–20 minutes until creamy.
