  • 100 ml kefir
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder (6 g)

  4. Divide the dough into small portions and shape them into cookies.
  5. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Sprinkle the tops of the cookies with 2-3 tbsp of sugar for a sweet, crispy finish.
  7. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  8. Bake the cookies for about 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
