I am one of many Brits that was introduced to the pasty in childhood and has loved it ever since.
I grew up in a seaside town in Yorkshire and I loved all the different bakeries in the town with lots of different pasties to try out.
Of course, like many, my all-time favorite was Cornish pasties. I loved how they looked, how they tasted and if there was an opportunity to have one, then I was there!
The same for the cheese and onion pasty, but the one that I loved the most was the corned beef pasty.
