THE INSTRUCTIONS
- Olive oil nonstick cooking spray should be sprayed through the basket of the air fryer.
- The ingredients that should be added to a large bowl are as follows: 14.75 ounces of canned salmon, one large egg, three tablespoons of mayonnaise, half a cup of panko breadcrumbs, one tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, half a teaspoon of dried dill, half a teaspoon of onion powder, half a teaspoon of garlic powder, half a teaspoon of kosher salt, half a teaspoon of ground black pepper, and one tablespoon of chopped cilantro. Mix everything together until it is completely incorporated.
- The ingredients should be divided and then formed into four patties.
- After placing the salmon patties in the air fryer tray, spray the tops of the patties with cooking spray to ensure that they are crispy.
- In an air fryer heated to 390 degrees Fahrenheit, cook the patties for ten to twelve minutes, or until they are completely cooked through and have a golden brown colour. This recipe does not require the air fryer to be preheated in order to be successful.
- To serve, garnish with wedges of lemon and tartar sauce. Have fun!
