Air Fryer Soft Boiled Eggs

The ideal soft-boiled eggs are not boiled at all. They’re air-fried!

Ingredients

  1. 2 big eggs, room temperature.
  2. Salt to taste.
  3. Pepper to taste.
  4. 2 pieces toasted bread

Instructions

  • Gently lay room-temperature eggs in an air fryer basket.
  • Set the temperature to 250 degrees Fahrenheit and the timer for eight minutes.

Start the air fryer.

  • Once cooked, use tongs to transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water for 1-2 minutes.
  • Dry the eggs with a paper towel and set the soft-cooked eggs in egg cups.
  • Gently remove the eggshell “lid” (using your favorite method) and season the egg with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Dip the toast in the egg, if preferred, and enjoy!

  • 1 serving equals 2 eggs.
