If you know me in person, you are aware of my fondness for a delicious morning fast bread. Additionally, the air fryer takes roughly 40 minutes to air fry (the precise time can vary depending on your air fryer). There are a lot of bananas and walnuts in this Starbucks knockoff. It’s also one of my all-time favas, and it cooks up beautifully in the air fryer.
Ingredients
- Two cups of all-purpose flour
- One teaspoon of baking soda
- Half a teaspoon of salt
- One huge egg
- 1 1/4 cups of sugar, granulated
- Half a cup of vegetable oil
- Two teaspoons of milk
- One teaspoon of vanilla essence, pure
- Three big, ripe bananas
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
- Make the mix first. Combine the flour, baking soda, egg, sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the oil, milk, and vanilla after that. Stir thoroughly.
- Put the bananas in there.
- Blend until smooth. Stir in the walnuts now if you’re using them.
- Coat a prepared pan with non-stick cooking spray and pour the batter into it. The pan should be suitable to use in an air fryer.
- Preheat the oven to 310 degrees Fahrenheit and set the timer for 30 minutes. Check for doneness often after 30 minutes. Five more minutes should be added if it isn’t finished. until a toothpick inserted into the center of the food comes out clean.
- After the loaf pan is cooked through, take it out of the air fryer basket and allow it to cool a little.
- After cooling, cut into slices and serve.
